Apple crisp! Dairy free, gluten free style. I had 2 gala apples, rolled them in cinnamon and sugar, put them in a bread pan. Topping was gluten free oats, brown sugar, some turbinado sugar, little bit of coconut oil, applesauce, honey, vanilla. Just enough of the wet ingredients to coat the oats and get them to stick together a little. Baked uncovered at 375 for about 30 mins. SO good!
